Faisal is a visionary leader who jointly founded the business four years ago, expertly steering it from a strategic standpoint while actively engaging in property transactions. His collaboration with investors and funding sources, coupled with his role on the credit committee, positions him as a key player in driving success.

Beginning his career at Lehman Brothers Investment Bank, Faisal specialised in transatlantic mergers and acquisitions, operating in both London and New York. With 22 years of rich experience in the mergers and acquisitions sector, he has been a key player at EY and Grant Thornton, and has excelled as a Managing Director in various firms. Moreover, Faisal has contributed to several boards as an advisor, offering invaluable strategic and transactional expertise to shareholders and management teams. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Faisal is a passionate cricketer, having played for Warwickshire County Cricket Club for several years. He also ardently supports his local football club, Aston Villa, showcasing his dedication to both sports and community.

Sue started her career with Lehman Brothers in London and then New York. She also qualified as a Barrister and practiced as a highly successful member of the Bar for over 20 years, whilst also setting up a number of SME’s as owner/MD.

Following her retirement from the Bar, she worked in China with former professional footballers dealing with HNW individuals who had investment aspirations for the UK market.

In 2017 she became Managing Director of a large Property and Hotel Group with over 17 UK sites and 750 staff.

Sue has a vast amount of property investment experience. This has resulted in her being in demand for NED roles, giving strategic advice to companies.

At The Harrogate Group, Sue is integral in working with the client in the creation of opportunities within the Wealth Generation Sector in the North West.

Sue is a mum to 4 children (who she has adopted / fostered) and is a strong advocate for children’s rights within the Care System. She supports and volunteers for her local dog rescue centre.

In 2018 Sue trained for a white collar boxing match for charity. She is also a season ticket holder for Liverpool Football Club.

Christina graduated Liverpool John Moore’s University in 2007 with an Honours degree in Business Management. Christina also is level 4 AAT qualified.

She has experience in working in Management, HR and Accounting roles. She has demonstrated this with her 10 year service with a top UK Blue Chip Company and with her 4 year experience within the Education sector.

Christina specialises in KYC/compliance and completion and continues to work closely with clients to ensure that the Group delivers its objectives in a professional manner.

In Christina’s free time she loves spending time with her children a huge fan of holidays with a great book. Her two young children are highly skilled footballers which consumes most evenings and weekends with training and matches!

Sam has a diverse background in property, venture capital, mezzanine debt, and corporate finance advisory. As a founding member of three investment firms—one of which was successfully sold to a private equity house—he has a proven track record in building and scaling businesses. Most recently, Sam served as the National Head of a division at the UK’s largest M&A boutique, further solidifying his leadership and expertise in the investment space.

Sam has 4 young children who take up the vast amount of his free time, however when he can he enjoys skiing, travel the odd football match, but above all a few beers, good food and quality company.

Cara began her Corporate Finance and M&A career at Canaccord Genuity, focusing on cross-border M&A deals in the Consumer and Tech sectors. She later joined Liberum Capital, where she worked on over 10 public market transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and financial raisings across various sectors.

With experience managing relationships with HNWIs and key stakeholders, Cara brings expertise in navigating complex financial deals and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Cara is a passionate cook and thoroughly enjoys hosting/cooking for family and friends. She also loves participating in fitness events, including Hyrox competitions and running events and is preparing for her first full marathon in 2025 in London for The Footprints Foundation Charity.

Lisa has an extensive 39 year experience with working in all areas of retail and Private Banking with a deep understanding of HNW clients running very successful portfolios as a private banking Manager.

Lisa’s expertise is used to assist with the day to day customer requirements such as arranging property finance for residential mortgages and ensuring that all clients investments and protection needs are covered.

A married Mum with 4 daughters, Lisa enjoys escaping to the sun and exploring the globe. When in the UK you’ll find her gardening and enjoying time with her family and friends.

Ella is a recent law graduate and has joined the team as a new recruit. She will be supporting all the team members whilst being given first-hand experience across many aspects of the business. We are looking forward to her flourishing and growing with the business.
